*looks up new symptom**website says it can be caused by stress, mystery misc health condition, or habits i do not have**i cannot leave my current stress situation for another whole year minimum**all nhs waitlists are minimum six months, if you can get on one* guess ill die then

#been getting fast heartrate and the associated body not working. even when laying down. #i do not have the emotional bandwidth to go to the doctor again. making that call then walking there to look my wonderful doctor in the eye #tell them i have a new symptom and dont know how it fits in all my other ones #and just not have solutions #'i can prescribe you some vitamins again. temp fix' the ones i cant afford? that dont change any symptoms? #hes a great doctor but its the waitlists and the specialists and the 'exercise!' and the everything #vent #also im sick of stress likely being the cause of all my issues bec its the one thing i cannot solve #its just a downward spiral
