Gagal Bayar di Usaha Pertanian, Apa yang Sebenarnya Terjadi?

Selalu ada yang terjadi di luar rencana, termasuk juga pada proyek permodalan petani. Bila mitra petani kesulitan mengembalikan modal usaha milik lender, proses mediasi pun dilakukan dengan mendatangi mereka. Tim kami akan menemui mitra petani yang bersangkutan dan meminta penjelasan secara detail tentang masalah yang terjadi dan mencari tahu apa penyebabnya sampai pengembalian modal jadi terhambat.

Usaha pertanian dicap memiliki risiko tinggi, salah satunya adalah risiko gagal bayar. Risiko seperti ini juga pernah dialami petani yang menjalankan proyek permodalan. Penyebabnya, sih, ada banyak, seperti petani yang tiba-tiba kabur, faktor cuaca yang menyebabkan gagal panen, sampai anjloknya harga jual sehingga besar profit tidak mencapai target. Ini yang kemudian menyebabkan gagal bayar ke pihak lender, dimana petani yang menjalankan usaha pertanian tersebut tidak mampu membayar kembali pokok pinjaman beserta bunganya. Atas peristiwa yang terjadi ini, kami ingin meminta maaf dan telah berupaya melakukan penyelesaian terbaik. Nah, kira-kira apa yang kami lakukan untuk bisa mencapai win-win solution? Gagal bayar, proses mediasi pun dilakukan bersama petani

Selalu ada yang terjadi di luar rencana, termasuk juga pada proyek permodalan petani. Bila mitra petani kesulitan mengembalikan modal usaha milik lender, proses mediasi pun dilakukan dengan mendatangi mereka. Tim kami akan menemui mitra petani yang bersangkutan dan meminta penjelasan secara detail tentang masalah yang terjadi dan mencari tahu apa penyebabnya sampai pengembalian modal jadi terhambat.

Petani membuat surat pengakuan utang

Setelah melakukan mediasi, tidak lupa juga mengeluarkan surat pengakuan utang yang harus disepakati oleh petani untuk bertanggung jawab melunasi pinjaman modal milik lender. Petani yang memiliki aset bisa berusaha menjual asetnya agar dapat melunasi pinjaman modal. Namun, bila petani tidak memiliki aset, petani wajib melakukan tanam ulang.

Memberi kesempatan kedua dengan memegang kendali penuh

Petani diminta untuk melakukan budidaya kembali menggunakan modal sendiri atau mendapat bantuan dari pihak kami asalkan kami yang memegang kendali penuh atas proses budidaya ulang tersebut. Ini dilakukan agar kesalahan yang sama tidak terjadi lagi dan kami dapat langsung memantau perkembangan budidaya sampai berhasil panen. Proses pendampingan dipimpin langsung oleh para ahli di bidang pertanian agar hasil panen yang diperoleh sesuai target. Nah, agar proses budidaya juga cepat selesai dan mitra petani dapat segera memenuhi kewajibannya, mereka akan meminta bantuan petani lain di daerahnya untuk ikut bersama-sama melakukan budidaya ulang.

Petani wajib melakukan pengembalian bertahap

Dari budidaya ulang yang dilakukan mitra petani, mereka bisa melakukan pengembalian modal dengan fitur pengembalian parsial. Tentunya, kami memberikan timeline yang disepakati kedua belah pihak agar mereka merasa lebih bertanggung jawab dengan rencana yang telah dibuat. Petani pun dapat mencicil pengembalian sesuai dengan timeline/perjanjian tersebut.
