#logxx #Like it makes complete and total sense from everything about Jeanne that she is a character who just... #Has very little agency or action in the story... cuz she was enslaved as a child and her whole deal is believing that she's #... essentially evil and shouldn't be allowed to have agency... #But I can definitelu see how someone would've assumed from her introduction that she would have way more agency than she does #Or that she would just be more active... in general... #Then be disappointed that basically all of her subsequent characterization comes from her relationships w other characters #(Vanitas obviously but also Luca and Chloé and Domi and Ruthven...) #Esp because so much of that comes from her relationship w Vanitas and it's naturally disappointing #To see a character who is introduced as being capable and having conflict in her own right have most of her subsequent scenes #Be about her relationship with an abusuve man...
