yeah literal eugenics is presented as a "Solution" to the Fell existing and we're supposed to cheer about it. Delin literally suggests that the conquered Fell simply have strictly enforced rules for who can and cannot have kids and with whom should be implimented to make them stop being evil. And we're supposed to cheer for this like it's the most amazing, hopeful idea ever. Literally breeding the evil out of people like they're animals. And we're supposed to cheer. And think this is a happy ending.
