screaming in the shower with the severity of someone being tortured. thinking "oh shit the shower walls are thinner than the rest of the house the neighbors will hear". continues screaming

#so anyway my throat is wrecked #which is funny bc it basically started healing today #whatever none of this matters anyway #also that screaming felt kinda uncontrollable at some point ngl i think I've been dissociating for a few hours now #caught myself doing stuff and got startled bc i didn't give my body the command to do them. normal brain moment :) #i still don't feel like i have complete control ngl but in smaller ways. like i can't unclench my jaw. couldn't speak earlier etc #again. normal brain moment. this is something that happens to everyone all the time. i am so normal. #(i am at the end of my rope unironically)
