Would you be interested in writing how the alpha boys would react to finding out/seeing after the fact that their omega was attacked (full on bloody and bruised) when they weren’t around? 👀

(I’m mostly curious about Blade’s and Jing Yuan’s reaction but feel add whomever you want as well~)

I did debate writing for this honestly but I did my best to write for at least three of them.

It was supposed to be like any other day: Them coming home from work, cuddling for a bit before bed, then resting until the next day. But the moment their mate walks through the door covered in blood and the scent of another alpha on them they're ready to fight. They may not have been bitten or worse but that doesn't change the fact that their mate is currently injured and frightened to death.

Blade

If it wasn't for how distressed his mate is he'd be out there searching for the one who did this to them. Fortunately for him he can tend to them while Silver Wolf and Kafka locate the scums where location for him. Though the entire time his hands shake with fear, anger, or his mara beginning to take over no one is sure.

Tends to their wounds himself, he's practically an expert that and he's so on edge right now that he can't stand the idea of his mate being in arms distance with any other Alphas at the moment even if he knows them.

Once they're all tended to and fast asleep in his nest he leaves them to deal with the scumbag. His mara may have been soothed by his mates presence but now that he's in front of the one who hurt them he let's loose. He's skilled with the sword and while he's swift with ending lives he toys with them a bit before ending them making sure they suffer as they go.

Jing Yuan

While he would like to be out there finding the one who did this to his mate himself his mate is his number one priority and thus leaves it to Yanqing and his knights to find the perpetrator. He stays by their side as they get their injuries treated and comforts them as best as he can until they're released to go home.

Builds them both a rather nice and comfortable nest with everything they both could possibly need so he doesn't have to leave their side more than necessary as he comforts them.

As soon as the criminal is captured they're definitely in for it, no body hurts the General's mate and gets away with it. He might decide to end their life then and there or make them suffer a bit it depends on their response to his interrogation If they're sorry for their actions he'll be merciful and kill them, a bit painfully but at least they're gone. But if they don't regret their actions he's going to have a bit of fun with this and let them live for a bit longer before finally dealing with them.

Welt

He might not have the connections to locate the one who hurt his mate but at least whatever information he does get is more than enough to deduce who did this to them. His mate takes priority first before he deals with the culprit.

He'll tend to their wounds as best as he can before bringing them to a doctor they trust and sitting with them through the whole appointment. When they get back if they don't already share a room already he's having them move into his room for the time being or forever it all depends on them.

Once his mate is treated and safe and sound he'll do his best to find whoever did this to them. As soon as he finds them he wants answers before he makes sure they regret ever coming near them in the first place let alone hurting them.

JING YUAN

jing yuan's enemies are either dead or already captured, so them being a threat to you is out of the picture.

there really is no reason for you to hide your relationship with jing yuan, but you both prefer to keep it secret for privacy. you two agreed it's better to not have the public judge your relationship based only on what they see.

you don't have a difficult time with keeping the relationship a secret. jing yuan, however, can't always keep his hands to himself. when you're in public, he'll casually snake his arm around you waist, which you have to remind him to stop doing.

he'll sneak in a kiss on the cheek too if he's feeling sneaky, just to see your reaction to it.

it's hard not to laugh at the people who gush about jing yuan, talking about how they possibly had a chance with the general, if they were given the time.

yanqing would find it suspicious that jing yuan dismisses him every time you pay him a visit. he brushes it off though, thinking it's probably just two adults having a boring conversation.

poor little lieutenant.

(y/n): do you any plans on telling yanqing? jing yuan: i don't have any. (smiles) (y/n): what would he think if he finds out his general has been hiding a secret like this from him? jing yuan: that boy will understand. i don't want to tell him yet though, i'd prefer to keep you to myself.

overall, hiding your relationship with jing yuan is kind of fun. you can only imagine the reactions you'll receive from others when you tell them. if you ever decide to reveal this relationship, that is.

whatever you decide, jing yuan is with you. though he wants the show the entire luofu his love for you, he'd also keep it between you two if you wish.

BLADE

ever the remarkable sworsdman, blade could only ever fall to one person's hand—you.

he could never call you his weakness because you are everything but that. he finds strength when he's with you, and he says you're the one thing he's grateful for in the universe.

but he can't deny the fact his enemies will try to target you to get him, therefore making you a weakness.

you understand his side, and you know why he wishes to keep your relationship a secret—even from the other stellaron hunters. it's hard to find time for each other, but neither of you give up on it. every moment you two get alone together, you make the most of it.

it's not difficult to hide your relationship with blade, but finding the time and making the excuses to be with him is. after all, continuously using the excuse "i'm going out with a friend." is getting kind of suspicious.

it's also difficult when other people flirt with you or try to set you up with someone because you've been "single for too long."

for blade's sake, you reject all their offers and say you aren't interested in getting into a relationship at the moment.

there was one time you coincidentally went to the same place as blade, and he saw someone trying to get your attention. you actually congratulated him for not driving that person away from you when he saw.

(y/n): you weren't jealous? (teasing) blade: ... (y/n): congratulations, blade. you actually held back! blade: ...

you don't mind hiding your relationship with blade. though you wish you could be with him more openly, this just allows you to appreciate time spent with him more.

blade appreciates you all the same, and is willing to live a little longer because of you.

My profile picture is from the 1.5 Nameless Medal reward, "Yanqing: Odyssey" in-game profile picture. The username is a reference to the character Campanella from Night on the Galactic Railroad, and La Campanella by Liszt., which you can listen to here.

A side-blog for Honkai: Star Rail. My UID is not up for sharing, mostly because my Yanqing is pitiful and nobody borrows him. (I'm still grinding for better relics and nothing is rolling crit.)

I downloaded Honkai: Star Rail because I've been playing Genshin Impact since the first Lantern Rite (or launch if you want to argue technicalities) and kept playing this game since I was enamored with the space-fantasy elements. The feeling I get from playing and hanging around the Astral Express reminds me of Kenji Miyazawa's Night On The Galactic Railroad, which is a story I'm very fond of.

Futilely trying to learn more about the game's lore. Unfortunately, I'm not particularly invested in most of the characters or going through the in-game readables, but the worldbuilding is interesting enough.

I might write fanfic or draw fanart about whatever catches my interest, who knows. It might be NSFW. Ideally I'll keep in mind to tag for that sort of thing, but I'm not perfect and it might slip my mind. This is your warning.

Fun facts (STC)!

Trailblaze level 70. Played since launch, got bored and skipped out on most of 1.3 and all of 1.4 (not that I missed anything important), and crawled back in 1.5...

Trailblazer: Stelle. I don't care about Caelus.

Favorite character: Yanqing. Runner up: Acheron.

I like reading about lore (sci-fi fantasy worldbuilding goes hard) and, against my will, character meta/theorycrafting.

With a couple of exceptions, I see everyone as bisexual. Do not separate BronSeele.

I'm not picky with ships, but I can't bring myself to say I actively enjoy some of the more popular ones... ships like RenHeng, KafHime, (and to an extent) SamPard, and RatioRine don't hold much weight, the way I see it. That can change in a distant future.

Please don't expect much. I regularly fall off the plane of existence to a vanishing point in the horizon, and I don't know when I'll be back when that happens.
