An important question from @wild-at-spark a couple of days ago about how the Combaicons don't get caught/ or wind up on the police's radar.

The answer? more like answers.

They pay off the police/ bounty hunters/ anyone attempting to go after them. (Or they are too afraid to even try.)

Their criminal records get wiped/ deleted over time.

If you leave them and any business they have going alone they will leave you alone.

They just want to live their lives in peace. (Even though some of them commit illegal crimes that will end up gaining unwanted attention.)
