#this came up in conversation earlier #was talking w/ gf about medical horror and how i actually really love it because it cuts at one of my deepest basest fears #and then i thought about how many of my kinks & fetishes stem from things that terrify me #for some reason i think about these kinds of things a lot #probably also why i love a lot of unreality based stuff #living with paranoid delusions you kinda have to deal with the horror of the possibility that none of your life/memory is real on the daily #yeah anyway this was something that came to mind while watching the Star Trek: Voyager episode “Workforce” #obligatory reference: “the writer's poorly disguised fetish”
