#OH MY FUCKING GOD????????? #okay so first off. the data isn't bad your reporting template was bad. #second. you don't get to say how scared you are about fudging data when you are doing that elsewhere. #third. we have not solved any of the reporting problems and you're going to get bad data again and i will have no sympathy. #I literally tried to warn you!!!!! #fourth. read your goddamn email and NOT during meetings. #fifth. having something exist only in your head prevents me from putting it in documents #and i need you to get it out of your head before i can do that and NO i can't do it for you #SIXTH. oh my god. if you could just like fucking DO something on your own you wouldn't have meetings all the time #seventh. my patience tank is so empty and I have my stupid fucking performance review thursday #and it'll probably be fine but that doesn't stop me from freaking the FUCK out about it all week #eighth and finally i'm trying to keep things in perspective but oh my fucking god this is all so aggravating and so preventable #and i KNOW you don't like granular details and you are above all that or whatever but SOMEBODY has to worry about the details and it's me #and it's also the guy at our partner org who is BEGGING for help from you #and making me provide it instead is NOT the way to go
