Sage Tip: Kardia stacks

Kardia from two (or more) Sages in your party stacks! If your 8-man has two Sages, both of you should Kardia the Main Tank instead of splitting your Kardias between the two tanks. Most bosses only auto-attack one target, so don't waste that Kardia healing on someone who isn't taking damage.

(The rare exception is for any bosses that auto-attack both tanks. Two bosses I can think of are Eden's Gate: Inundation [E3N] and Abyssos 7th Circle [P7N]. Just keep an eye on the OT's health; if they're taking regular damage then the boss is probably hitting them too, so having the Sages split Kardia is a good idea here. There are very few bosses like this, so the rule of thumb is to have both Sages Kardia the MT.)
