extremely specific pet peeve but ppl using "whilst" sets my teeth on edge and why is it so fucking common in fic

#generally i don't care about ppl using archaics etc but this one just makes me bite something #not using informal language and contractions is another huge pet peeve #but nothing. and i mean NOTHING. will make my teeth gnash like an incorrect use of 'begs the question' #which is 99% of the time it's used 🤬 #SORRY FOR BEING A FUCKING RHETORIC NERD OKAY #begging the question is a form of logical fallacy/circular logic e.g. chocolate is better than vanilla bc it has more cocoa in it #the fallacy being that vanilla has NO cocoa in it and the premise assumes the truth of the conclusion

Medieval (2022) Gifs,Screenshots & Edits

Hope you lovely lot will enjoy these. ☺️ Matthew sadly didn’t have many scenes in this one, but am glad I took the time to make some edits. (40 gifs and ended with I dare not say how many screenshots before filtering… 🙈) Will post them here in coming week(s)

These took a while to recolour and add enough light to actually see just how brilliant Matthew is acting in his scenes. It’s amazing to see all his quirky details, which am sad to say are being hidden by an awful muddy dark filter… I swear those artistic choices involving lighting (and sound) are not the best in this movie.

I sadly couldn’t do much with the extremely washed out or very blurry scenes. But I did try to bring back some colour into them. So thanks photoshop and the up to 12 adjustments layers. 🤪

As always, feel free to use the gifs as you want. Am not tagging the gifs but PLEASE don’t claim them as your own. Speeding them up, or deleting some frames , adding a quick filter & then repost & claim as your own with a tag is also not allowed. (Yeah sadly we all know a few individuals who are doing this… 🤬🤦🏼‍♀️ ) I know 99% of you are awesome but it’s always those few…

After working on Medieval for a ridiculous amount of hours & hours : the lighting in A Discovery of Witches isn’t so bad after all… 😉😇
