20-30 for the music ask thing
20. A song that calms you down:
Basically everything by Gym Class Heroes, a lot of the songs from Folie a Deux, Coffee by Miguel, A World Alone by Lorde, a lot of stuff like that. Yaël Naïm’s cover of Toxic and Riverside by Agnes Obel.
21. A song that makes you feel alive:
A lot of songs do! Bouncer by Studio Killers, Leo Moracchilo’s cover of Feel Good Inc, Tear In My Heart by 21p, Caravan Palace’s version of Black Betty, Rat a Tat by FOB, Bitches by MSI, Teen Idle and Bubblegum Bitch by Marina and The Diamonds (I love her), a lot of stuff by Britney Spears, and most songs by MCR. Also Young Americans and Modern Love by David Bowie.
22. A band with an insane fandom:
21p  The Marina and The Diamonds fandom can be ... odd. I’m in a questionable group on facebook.
23. What are some lyrics that you love to pieces:
“I drove home at a hundred miles an hour to see what it feels like to fly. I crashed my car into someone else’s backyard just to see what it feels like to die.” from Blonde Hair, Black Lungs. I love all of the lyrics to that song.
Also most of the lyrics to Fantastic Bastards by Death Spells.
“I want to be known for my hits, not just my misses.I took a shot and didn't even come close at trust and love and hope. And the poets are just kids who didn't make it and never had it at all. And the record won't stop skipping, and the lies just won't stop slipping, and besides my reputation's on the line. We can fake it for the airwaves, force our smiles, baby, half dead from comparing myself to everyone else around me,” these always make me tear up.
24. Would you ever get any song lyrics tattooed? If so, which ones:
Mhm! I don’t know which yet, but maybe something from Fireflies by Owl City since it’s been one of my favorite songs since I was 6 or something else cheesy. I Believe In You by Kylie Minogue was my first favorite song ever, those lyrics are pretty too.
Also maybe something from the beginning of the video for Rat a Tat? (I really life for “We are the splinter under the world’s fingernail” and “We silence the noise”)
25. What’s a band/artist you’d addict your children to from an early age:
Green Day, Britney Spears, The Cure, Lorde and David Bowie. That’s got to be a great kid.
26. A vocalist that you love:
Patrick!!!!! Stump!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
27. Has a band/artist ever inspired you to do something:
Fall Out Boy made me pick up guitar and really take learning English seriously, My Chemical Romance kinda inspired me to not be afraid of rocking red eyeliner in public, my mom bought a 21p uke at the concert so I picked up ukulele because of them, Marina Diamandis kinda inspired me to let out my more “girly” side (thank god for Teen Idle), MSI made me pick up bass so on. So. Yep.
28. A band/artist you love but no longer exists:
fuckoff Bowie and MCR.
29. What was your favorite band/artist when you were 12:
Fall Out Boy let’s ignore the fact that that was less than half a year ago smh
30. A band/artist you can’t stand?
Ungngnn that’s hard. Danish artists like Suspekt, Gilli and TopGunn are the worst. Ever. Everever.
Thank you!!

245.
What have you been up to today? Anything interesting? >> I finished a book and that’s about it so far.
What was the last thing you ate? >> Bao.
Do you know how to knit? Who taught you? >> I don’t.
What state or territory were you born in? >> New Jersey.
Are you the type of person to dwell on the past? >> Not especially. Unless I’m depressed and ruminating, I usually only think about the past when I’m trying to figure something specific out about myself or my life. Or when I want to recall a funny or entertaining memory.
Are there many traffic incidents in your area? >> I don’t know, I don’t pay attention.
What's your favourite genre of music? >> ---
Have you ever been for a ride in the back of a truck? >> Yep.
Are you currently downloading anything? >> No.
Have you seen any good movies lately? Tell me about them. >> In the last week I saw Us and I saw Office Space... oh and Spider-Man: Homecoming. Those were all very engaging.
Does your father have any facial hair? >> ---
What's your favourite thing to eat for breakfast? >> Veggie burger with greens and chips.
Did your grandparents teach you anything? >> ---
Do you want/have a Bachelor's degree? >> I don’t have or want one.
Have you ever written a song for or about somebody? >> I would rewrite the lyrics of songs I knew when I was a preteen (honestly, that kind of learning-through-imitation should have led me to being a poet, but it just didn’t pan out that way). Some of those rewritten lyrics were about David Duchovny, who I was obsessed with at the time. --None of them, of course, were as good as Bree Sharp’s excellent song about being obsessed with him.
What are the longest and shortest romantic relationships you've been in? >> ---
Would you go on one of those galactic space flights if you had the chance? >> Sure.
Do you like your license photo? >> It does the job.
Are you into superheroes? Who's your favourite? >> Sure. My favourite is Doctor Strange.
Spotify, Pandora or something else entirely? >> Spotify.
What colours do you wear the most?  >> Black.
What was the last alcoholic beverage you had? >> I currently have an orange shandy by Leinenkugel’s.
How many televisions do you have in your house? How big is the biggest? >> One.
Have you ever been to Arizona? Did you like it? >> No, but I’d like to go.
Do you have any exercise equipment in your home? >> We have yoga mats?
Are you a gossip-loving sort of person? >> I like lurking internet drama sometimes, but that’s because internet drama is so inherently absurd and overblown most of the time that it’s legitimately entertaining (like watching a sitcom). Regular old-fashioned gossip is nowhere near that interesting.
What brand of laptop or computer do you own or use most often? >> I have a Lenovo and an MSI.
What did you have for dinner last night? >> The last thing bigger than a snack that I ate yesterday was a microwave veggie lasagna.
How old were you when you learned to tie your own shoelaces? >> I don’t know.
Have you ever felt like you were making a mistake when dating someone? Did you continue the relationship or end it when you realised? >> Yeah, and I stuck with it for a short while but eventually had to admit my error and end it.
When was the last time it rained where you live? >> I don’t know.
Have you ever bought one of those 'As Seen on TV' products? >> No.
What brand are the shoes you last wore? >> Skechers.
Do you think you look similar to your siblings? >> ---
Have you started watching any new TV shows recently? >> Nah, still working through the old ones.
When was the last time you sat in the back seat of a car? >> I don’t remember.
Are you good at answering random general knowledge trivia questions? >> No.
Have you ever been obsessive over calories, exercise etc.? >> No.
What is your favourite shape of pasta? >> Tortellini is good.
Do you live to eat, or eat to live? >> ---
Have you ever played Cards Against Humanity? Did you like it? >> Yeah, I like it sometimes. For me, it loses its entertainment value when played too often (or too carelessly, like when people throw down certain white cards just for “hurr this is so Offensive(tm) fuck you snowflakes!” points).
Are you going to work or school tomorrow? >> No.
When did you wake up today? >> Around eight in the morning.
What is the time right now? >> 12.52p EST.
