aw, the blogs name is so cute! i also love the icon u chose hehe <33

i created an oc of sorts... mostly just design, name, and general personality... maybe i can characterize her a little bit more during the rp! apologies in advance for the long message, yikes! anyway...

her name is fumiko akiyama, the ultimate singer! she is quite short, probably around kokichi’s height, and is pretty lanky. her skin is also pretty pale, too. her hair is cut short, like a bob sorta thing (with the angled thing i hope that makes sense BAHSHDJAH) and has bangs. her hair is a pinkish-grey color and her outfit (bc danganronpa characters don’t ever change their clothes apparently JAJSHDHS) is consisted of mostly black with muted, pink accents. i was super inspired by ibuki’s beta design, so she wears a mask as well. i also like the idea of little bunny ears on the mask, which was inspired by the design of another anon’s oc, the ultimate graffiti artist!

i thought it was an interesting idea to incorporate some sort of ‘hidden identity’ to my character, too, so i came up with the reason why she doesn’t let people see her face. miko (omg i just came up with that nickname just now omg so cute wow) got into an accident when she was little, leaving her with only one eye, covered by a nasty scar. however, at the time, her mother was sort of forcing her into child beauty pageants and modeling agencies. when this happened, though, those places did not ‘accept’ her any longer. her mom was furious, she made all of her money with her beautiful girl, and because of her recklessness she couldn’t any longer. her mom wasn’t exactly the kindest before, but now she was even worse. she tormented her kid each and every day for her appearance, even making comments on other things such as her personality and habits. when she got injured, her mom also pulled her out of school and forced her into home-schooling. fumiko was completely isolated from everyone, and the one person she had contact with hated her. she would escape into her own little reality by listening to music, and would sing along with the songs to cope. she ended up becoming very talented, and is able to ‘manipulate’ her voice to fit any genre, since she had a surplus amount of time to practice. once fumiko was old enough to get a job, her mother kicked her out of the house. fumiko hadn’t even left her house for years at this point, and she was ashamed of being seen by all those strangers she’d have to come in contact with each day. she rummaged through her closet and found an old halloween mask, a rabbit mask. she put it on, taking her mp3 player, and left.

she ended up landing some gigs at some places, and that’s how she made her money. because she was able to do any genre, she became quite popular. eventually, she was producing her own music. throughout the years, she slowly started changing her mask, eventually customizing a gas mask to her liking. she kept the bunny ears, though. she didn’t want to forget her roots.

she has little to know social skills, and when she is talking, her voice is pretty monotone, actually. nobody would guess that she was the ultimate singer AJDNWHHDJ because she was stripped of a childhood, she is very touch-starved and sensitive... so you can keep that in mind for some fluff ;)

SO SORRY FOR THE LONG THING AHSJDHD i came up with this within a short amount of time so apologies if her character is a little bland or something idk all of the dr characters have childhood trauma so i had to make something up </3
