Shun'ei doesn't use it much, favoring his iPod over all else, but he does have a cell phone. It is not a smart phone, nor does it do anything but call or text, and it is probably older than he is-- but he refuses to switch, because he sees how Benimaru uses his phone, and has decided that he wants no part of whatever he has going on there.
