       ‘ we used to play this game on the isle. of course, the apples were always rotten. ‘ evie thought she would never get over how beautiful auradon was in the fall and the harvest festival encapsulated all of that. her eyes remained on the apple bobbing, faintly remembering the sour taste of the isle apples. ‘ and there was the chance someone would hold your face down so you couldn’t get back up. ‘
