Those 20 hours of “quiet time” I always need after a stressful event are starting to feel sort of not normal

#the event in question was literally just an appointment yesterday afternoon. with a lot of other stress tacked on tbf #and then trying to drive through the city for two hours which is frankly insaaaane. #i do have a stress disorder tbf. but it's so bad now that immediately after all the stress and tears #i shut down really suddenly. i go dead quiet and spaced out. can't be around any noise. i can't talk above a mumble #and i feel exhausted. usually i get drowsy and almost fall asleep. #hey webmd is this normal? like what is up? #'quiet time' also involves staying away from social interaction including online so idk why i'm complaining about this on tumblr ghfdgh
