#Idk if this sentence makes sense #But literally having a moment at my job where it's like #You can work at this super super cool museum and learn all kinds of hands on historical skills #That scratch your brain in such a good way bc you're learning actual practical creation #And you can fulfill your life long dream of bring an educator while spending time in a beautiful outdoor space #And filling your social meter so you don't go crazy from isolation #But also it pays 14 dollars an hour and you're not allowed to work over 30 hours a week #But also you love your coworkers and you've made so many coolfriends there #But also your bosses are out of touch assholes who you actively disagree with the philosophy they want your department to implement #Also upper management is even more out of touch #And making some of the worst possible decisions for management and trying to turn the education but in a fun way museum to a theme park #A decisions literally no employee enjoys #Also they're just not training ppl very good anymore so the information the MUSEUM is putting out there is declining in quality!!! #Which is so fucking worrying
