#But Lovelace still could have left it implicit that they wouldn't just leave Hera behind on the Hephaestus

It's a small thing, but I think it's important that when Lovelace describes what she thinks they should do in Securité, she explicitly says they should transfer Hera's personality over to the Urania before they "blast the hell out of dodge".
She doesn't have to say it directly. It's not like she's outlining a full detailed plan at that moment. Eiffel and Minkowski probably would have assumed that any "we" leaving the Hephaestus would include Hera (if at all possible). But if Lovelace had just said 'We should get on their shuttle and blast the hell out of dodge', I think Hera would have wondered whether that included her. Instead, Lovelace leaves no room for doubt.
I don't think Lovelace and Hera are really friends at that point, not after what went down in Mayday. But Lovelace still shows a kind of simple consideration there, in not just thinking that Hera would come with them if they left but saying it out loud. It's a contrast with Lovelace's behaviour in Season 2, when she lets Hera (and the rest of the crew) believe that she would be willing to blow the Hephaestus up with Hera still on it. Perhaps the talking to that Hera gave her in Do No Harm had an impact. Perhaps Lovelace has simply come closer to understanding Hera's perspective or to properly considering her a part of the crew.
