my mouth feels like it's in pain in every waking moment of existence

like I bite a thin cracker and just get a shocked through my whole fucking mouth and just have to stop and give it a moment

At least my meds makes me have a loss of appetite anyway lol Hopefully it'll get better once I finally get a nightguard, but obvious it won't be perfectly fixed
