I have committed the unforgivable sin of buying a bottle of apple juice at the train station so I wouldn't have to spend the next 2.5h thirsting, and it was the only thing available at 5.40am except for coke and coffee, for which I didn't have the time to wait, and then made the mistake of thoughtlessly putting it where my father could see, which means we barely got the hi how are yous out of the way before I was forcefully invited to an hour long lecture on poisonous carbs.
