So I’m still like, dealing with the fallout of Whatever the Fuck The Sertraline Ruined About Me, but it turns out that in spite of everything it was actually helping with the fucking anxiety because I have just spent the entirety of today with a tight chest, very very sure I am forgetting/ruining something the entire way through, and it has just hit me that I forgot what that was like. So like.... progress????
