You've just discovered today that many bad scenarios can happen in one day, that being: waking up late to work, almost getting bitten about 50x by slimepups, almost getting infected by newborn goos, and getting chased around for most of the day. It was just great! peachy even! not.

You just wanted one day when you could relax, you're used to the shenanigans around the laboratory and all but it was getting too much for you. so you went to the glass hallway area, opening and going through the heavy metal door then slowly stepping onto the soft, green, patchy grass of the rocky walls and gentle florals. you begin taking a big, deep, breath of good air.

After doing that small routine you noticed a gootraxian was there as well, he seemed to be asleep, when you got closer it was revealed to be a Fed that was currently having some Z's. it was surprising to see his fedora held onto his fluffy chest rather than tilted to cover his eyes on his head. You know you shouldn't really think of touching him, especially when there were risks to take but his fur looked so fluffy and soft to touch, you were tempted to just give him head rubs! plus you were stressed and needed and stress reliever, why not give it a chance, yeah?

so like the (in)sane person you are, you went close to the rather handsome goo and sat beside him. Sure, you were a little nervous but you went for it anyways. raising your hand and growing ever so close to the Fed, your hand was suddenly grabbed and you were pulled in.

before you could worry or even be afraid in general, you could hear the Fed chuckle to himself, fuck that bastard had a deep laugh if I said so myself. the Fed then softly spoke "don't worry 'bout me infecting you, human. I saw how your day went, you're alright now, no one will come disturb ya while asleep.." was what he said.

You felt comforted enough as you let out a chuckle yourself and softly thanked the Fed before snuggling up to him and slowly letting sleep takeover, yeah you should've been suspicious but your head was already stressed enough. Luckily, the Fed kept his word and continued to his slumber while you were in his arms.

maybe that day was how you and that specific Fed became close, huh?
