I was also thinking about icewing and nightwing but sandwing is perfect actually. I like the black sclera eyes, I don't think I'll add the tail barb though, maybe just a little spiky but no venom.

little sky/night/sand hybrid I feel like if you looked closely at his scales you'd be able to see like, small sparkles that look like nightwing's white scales. I am tempted to give him really really diluted Nightwing powers too, he does not see the future but he can feel the vibes are off if something bad is gonna happen
