Same I think the news of Neve REALLY put a bummer on the hype for Scream 6 and my Scream obsession. Like, the hype for Scream 5 after ten years was there for months. MONTHS. In November, Scream was streaming free on everything and Tiktok was going crazy! Now...The vibes are just off.

Honestly, I might go balls to the wall in my part 5 fanfic and get away from canon completely bc YN is Sidney and I literally cannot see a reason YN would go to New York City (If that's true) after everything and with no Sid=no YN. So I can't say I'll do 6 or not and if I do I might rearrange the entire plot.
