There isn't enough of a stable system for magic cops. too many jurisdictional issues #there's not rlly a central governing body at all. There isn't a strong culture + its not Necessarily lineage based #and like. one group can't be sure they're the only group. There are learning institutions but they're relatively independant #I think that they have some sort of Magic Energy Detection to mitigate people trying to explode the entire world with their mind or smth #And that's why that doesn't happen. Which I guess are magic cops but I'm not entirely sure how it works. Regardless I'm writing some #exposition dialogue for funsies and I am Soo :] #(They are also. very important.
