I always found Kody annoying and unlikeable but this season I am finding him to be insufferable!! He literally can do no wrong in his eyes and everyone is to blame minus him. The way he talks about Christine, the mother to his children, a man should never speak that way about a woman. I hate to say it, but I hate Kody. And Robyn too is starting to get on my nerves. It was always obvious Robyn was the favorite, but that could’ve been explained that she is the new wife so they’re still in those lovey dovey stages but she’s just the favorite and preferred wife at this point. And I’m curious if Kody will turn on Roby like treat her how he treated the other wives.

I'm a firm believer that the change is directly related to him getting red pilled in the worst way. I've been rewatching old SW episodes for tiktok and Kody's personality was still a LOT back then, but in a completely different way where he at least tried to pretend he cared about all the wives and keeping the family together. I remember back in the day thinking of him as a goofball idiot that means well but is immature, but yea these days he is a narcissistic dick hole.

All the wives have mentioned that he just seems more angry and mean too these days (which is also more apparent to me watching the old episodes) and I think that's a direct result of him getting wrapped up in a woman-hating, patriarchal sub culture. And it's funny bc these "alpha male" sub cultures are supposedly all about teaching men that their dominance is the natural order of things and it will improve their lives and relationships with women to acknowledge that. But like it does for so many, all it did was make Kody a bitter, arrogant asshole that single handedly destroyed 3 entire marriages, as well as his relationships with his own kids.
