small (negative) rambling about the new Stolas song

genuinely sorry for being a tad mean and a bit of a hater for saying this but the vocals in the whole middle chunk (and maybe a majority of the song idk might have to marinate on it more) of Stolas's song in S2e1 is so...underwhelming, off, flat? Especially the high notes I think.

I know he's supposed to sound like he's been crying but I feel that's more so effective in the beginning and end of the song, and maybe the delivery of the "comfortable lie" part, as opposed to the middle of the song where it's not very...enjoyable to listen to (imo).

Bryce is an excellent singer, and I'm pretty sure I've heard him pull off good, or at least decent, high notes before, so idk why the delivery there was mostly Not The Best...anyways the demo version is pretty nice 🫣
