#everything is very too much of itself at the moment!!! #i just want to stop getting delivery for the week omfg #also last night immediately after i THINK i took my antidepressant & allergy pill #i legitimately could not remember whether i actually did so. like. stared at the bottles for a good long while trying to recall #but didn't wanna double dose in case i HAD taken them. so i didn't do it a second time #and while i'm like 99% sure i did take them and this depression blanket over my whole being #is probably just coincidentally the day after that unsureness and probably just because i'm stressed and overwhelmed about several things #at the same time i am ????? WHAT IF LACK OF PILLS IN BODY #anyway grocery lists fucking suck when your mind decides it's time to be averse to any and all foods for the day
