why am i managing someone this isn’t part of my job description 💀

#she's underperforming too like #just doesn't seem to grasp the foundational concepts of javascript development #and i've sent her tutorials and answered all her questions and i'm really (i think!) trying to help her succeed #but holy shit it's been months and i feel like she hasn't made any improvement #literally googling how to help an underperformer like this is so not what i signed up for 💀💀 💀
