Considering these two scenes together… we have Iruma looking down and doubtful in from of a crowd that doesn't pay attention to him, like he doesn't exist. But then, after his grandfather gave him kind words, announcing a great plan that will change the demon world and of which he is a part of, we see him happy, with his head raised and now the crowd sees him and praises him. He feels accepted there.

I think it refers not only to Iruma's presence in the deviculum but in the netherworld as such. His goal is to be part of that world, but he can't without the support of his loved ones. He wants to belong but he also wants to be wanted there, not to be needed/used like in the human world, but for others to be happy that he is there, just being him but contributing to make a better place.

In fact, he's been told "I'm happy to have you here, I was looking forward to see you, I glad I can be here with you". They are little bits of reassuring that make him confidence in his ambition and wishes.

I think I can make this simile between deviculum/netherworld because, in fact, Sullivan does too. It's here that we have the greatest metaphor. He sends Iruma to the "current netherworld", he encourages him to experience and to "move forward" (that's the line the Spanish translation used instead of "Go have fun"), and he assures him that he will be watching him. It's like when he sent Iruma to demon school, the first netherworld Iruma confronted, Sullivan was also vigilant, but letting Iruma make his own way.

But now Iruma doesn't go with fear, he goes with thrill. He happily makes his way through the demons as one of them, smiling, unafraid. We see him raise his hand still within the crowd. They all move around him. Easily he reaches for Amelie's hand. The whole sequence is just perfect and I wish it had more bigger panels. Although I'm not going to complain that the large panels were for this moment

How could I? It was beautiful and yk I was satisfied with them walking in together hand in hand, but having them dance again!? I'm a happy shipper (Even if it lasted 5 minutes, it was the most perfect 2 panels ever!!!!!)

Back to the topic. Iruma is being part of this little netherworld, dancing with his demon escort, with his demon guardians, along with all the demons guests. And all this aura of acceptance, belonging and enjoyment, is in stark contrast to the subsequent discovery by Fenrir (Narnia) of his human nature. Reality hits hard. And it would be much worse if his identity became more public.

Someone mentioned the idea of Beej being unfaithful the other day and I know it's lame but it really bugged me. How do you HC the Juices? Personally I think MovieJuice would probably cheat but he gives off more fuckbuddy vibes anyway but MusicalJuice and ToonJuice are a different story. MusicalJuice is too needy, he loves his breather and isn't risking losing them for fling with a ghost. He will still flirt among friends, but it's all in good fun, his heart will always come home to you

He does have a bit of an inferiority complex in the sense that he feels he doesn't deserve you, but at the same time gets crazy jealous if he sees someone flirting with you, and that jealousy turns to angry when you become visibly uncomfortable.

Toonjuice, like you said doesn't have the skills to seduce, like you said, infact he isn't very much liked to begin with, so the fact that he somehow manged to snag a s/o is baffling

If anything this is a friends to lovers situation,

Toonjuice is a needy guy, almost as much as musicaljuice, wanting your full attention and your encouragement on his awful pranks is his number one mission, So doing anything to hurt you, especially on purpose is totally out of the question, cheating would never be an option.

He does still flirt, mostly to be annoying and disgust the other party, but his heart belongs to you and nothing in the netherworld or living world can change that

And like I said with musical juice, toonjuice also has thoughts of not being good enough for you, but is also incredibly jealous when others get to chummy with you
