i think it's a very interesting aspect of her character that ashe herself doesn't believe fate or that she is avarosa reborn but at the same time she's not above using that belief she knows others have to make herself heard and achieve her goal to unite the freljord. if they need her to be avarosa for them she'll be avarosa for them, even if she doesn't genuinely think she is.

i always think it's also interesting in regards to her relationship with tryndamere considering he believes it — knowing she doesn't, because there's nothing i think she'd hide from him. not that he doesn't love her for who she is or that he doesn't believe her regardless of who she might have been before, but the fact the three sisters are revered as divinities and the idea of being married to someone who is. that.
