@intergalacticxmisfits​ | The little capsule flows down the track as an excited Minjae bounces with delight, and when he grabs it from the little flap door and pops it open he stares at the star shaped glow in the dark ring for a moment before glancing over at his friend, and then back at the ring with a raised brow. “Bro...” he holds out the ring to Hyeongjong. “Will you be my bro?”

At this point Hyeongjong is convinced that there can’t be a moment in the part of his life he shares with Minjae that isn’t filled by the most brilliant of moments. Kind of like the boy himself, and especially his eyes when he looks up at the sky, everything they experience together, every adventure one pulls the other into, is filled by the warm and radiancy of the thousand of stars Minjae so adores.

This moment is no exception. Rather, it confirms and enforces the rule strongly. With a dramatic gasp, Hyeongjong places a hand on his chest, the other hovering in front of his mouth. It may look like an exaggerated presentation of the reaction most seem to have to romantic proposals, but part of Hyeongjong is genuinely moved.

Moved, because only Minjae could do something like that and remind him just exactly why Hyeongjong would not only kill for his best friend, but pick every star out of the sky for him. He should probably start with accepting the glow in the dark ring. “Bro...” he whispers, voice dripping with emotion, as he begins to nod furiously. But he can’t keep the act up much longer, under his dramatic sighs and gasps, a smile begins to uncurl on his lips, and before long he’s cackling into his fingers.

Laughing brightly, he reaches out to pull Minjae into a hug, making sure to ruffle his hair as he does so.

“That you have to ask is an offence to our friendship, Min-min,” he lets go with a grin rivalling the splendour of the sun and requests the ring be handed to him. “Now, please be so kind, Mr Po, I must urgently get to that machine behind you to get an equally sensational star-shaped glow-in-the-dark ring for my bestest bro so we can finally enter a holy matrihomie, this is of national importance-”
