if we're speculating just for funsies i think chuu is still in the group but she's being left out of stuff (like the tour and the superstar game) because she won her court case and bbc actually has to pay her for her work and since they're literally the worst company in existence it wouldn't surprise me if she got left out of everything (minus comebacks) for the rest of the time loona is a group just so they don't have to pay her for the extra activities
