Ok is this guy even fucking real

because I've literally never seen him in game

Like I saw him in the game announcements before his banner supposedly released but like I never once saw his banner when it was supposed to come out

And even now in the anniversary event where you can get a free 4 star his 4 star's not there either and I KNOW he's a four star because I checked the wiki and it says he's a four star and I didn't see him either back when we got a chance to get a free 5 star
