I have a +crit damage + punchthrough -impact quartakk riven and finally gave it a spin today in the recently acquired kuva quartakk and oh boy i am having Fun

it is Not meta and i have no practical application in mind for it right now but it's got good blaps and gives me the same satisfaction as sniping but without jamming my face into a telescope about it
