Sound the Turnabout Melody was amazing and I loved everything about it but it also makes me wonder if this is how Phoenix attempts to contact Edgeworth all the time like- 

I love the idea that he writes him letters but where the fuck is he gonna send them

Phoenix doesn't know Edgeworth's address (or even that he maybe left the country) so does he literally just write those letters, stuff them in bottles, chucks them into the sea and hope to god it reaches the shores of Germany/America

I mean covering trans-Atlantic distances is probably easier but that's still an entire ocean's worth of distance

And does Edgeworth just HAPPEN to come across letters in bottles walking along the shores of Germany and pine for 11-odd years

... it's either that or Phoenix ties sturdy-ass letters to the legs of migratory birds and every year a whole flock of birds just manage to find Edgeworth in another continent and THEN he pines because Phoenix is a well-meaning idiot with bullshit powers even as a teen
