I can just imagine 3Q watching the first years rehearse alone on their own for the newcomers' performance, and neji approaching mitsuki like, "mikkiiiiiii, why don't you help out our baby chicks rehearse? :)"

mitsuki going, "ugh do I have toooooo. why don't YOU do it :/" but he does it anyway because he actually does care. except he doesn't want to deal with suzu's personality... or sou's... or otori's... and that's why he ends up telling kisa to just ask for help from her fellow actors already

fumi and kai watching all this in the background like, "aww mitsuki is becoming a senpai now. how nice. look at him go :)" and neji shedding fake tears, "they grow up so fast..."
