I think I deserve a self restraint award for Not being rude to the dangerously moronic people who work at my doctor's at this point. I literally don't give a shite if you do jack shit at work if you work in a shop or a restaurant and I will cheer you on for sticking it to somebody, tbh, but if you can't do the bare minimum to the point it is medically dangerous I think you should either meet standards or leave and do something else and let somebody willing do the medical job.
