maybe it is just my disillusioned transmasculine "had very negative experiences with other women growing up that can't really be blamed on the patriarchy alone" ass talking, but imho it is not radical, actually, to say that being a woman inherintly includes suffering, the acceptance of which is some sort of vital part of both transitioning out of girlhood and forming solidarity between women.
