Started my 2nd playthrough of Horizon Forbidden West. I love the game but the writing, the story...it's all so painfully obvious.

#like tilda and elisabet and what tilda would do. who the zeniths are. where did they come from. #i understand it's difficult to recreate that zero dawn magic when aloy and the players have so much more knowledge on the game's world #but cmon #and i still believe that regalla should've been the main villain and the zeniths been in nemesis' role #and aloy and beta's sisterly relationship was so rushed and deserved another game to develop #though it could be explained with them latching onto someone they could see as family through elisabet #at least that's how i choose to see it instead of it being badly written #and i feel like minerva poseidon and aether were recovered too easily #though i don't really know how else that could've been done. and i loved the poseidon quest #idk it just felt rushed as well. i think there was just a bit too much going on #just realized that without the zeniths there would've been no beta in this game. my point about her and aloy still stands. #and she could've been in the next game as well. or the zenith's could've taken the backseat in this game and left the stage to regalla. #like hades in zero dawn. controlled things on the background. and beta could've been introduced without the zeniths taking the spotlight. #idk how but it's not my job to know. i just feel like this could've been better. #i really hope they'll improve the writing with horizon 3 whenever we get it #horizon forbidden west #rainy's fandom soup
