when  you  live  in  space,  rarely  do  you  question  the  cosmos:  it  was  there  in  every  moment  simultaneously.  in  doing  that,  it  kept  the  course  of  history  as  smooth  as  it  could  be,  dealing  with  all  of  the  galaxies  rights  and  wrongs  all  while  parenting  the  children  of  this  universe.  she  edges  closer  to  the  window,  a  hand  under  her  chin  in  deep  thought  as  she  hugged  herself.  padmé  understands  now  that  without  being  in  all  times  at  once,  the  cosmos’  agency  would  be  limited.  this  universe  in  which  she  lives  &  breathes  sees  all,  it  reaches  out    —-    in  ways  the  average  person  cannot  comprehend    —-    to  ask  its  creation  to  do  the  right  thing  to  make  better  and  kinder  worlds,  she  can  hear  it.  she  just  didn’t  understand  it  back  then.
