how can i sleep when im thinking abt this shit

#this shit being being unemployed and having 'partial work ability ' ehich means i can only get benefits #if im in some way active #studying or working #or whatever else there is #or registered as unemployed which requires me to have appointments there monthly and look flr jobs 'actively' #WHATEVER THE FUCK THAT MEANS #do you know that ALL of this is making me worse #and i had to stop doing everything bc i was getting so bad #and bc i applied for the work ability assessment while I was still a student. they wouldn't give me full loss lf wlrk ability #but i didn't wanna quit school before applying for it bc that means i wouldn't know if i qualify flr it at all and well .. health insurance #this system is such a mess a d #like my friend said it's pm ableist BC if you gave to fill out a flrm with fucking essay length questions when you're MENTALLY unwell #then it's just a big fuck you to everyone who is trying to apply who needs it the most
