He opened-up their evil plans and also reveal their masterminded set-up by both Nigeria and her friend-in-crime country India. Marx has strongly emphasized that, government exist to protect the elite or ruling class, and to oppress the working class which are the poor majority masses. The followings are the tools use by the ruling class to achieves and maximise their interest: ▪Government ▪Laws ▪Court▪Prison ▪Jail▪Police ▪Army Therefore, we expect little or no justice from your side (Nigerian Government), but only we expect it from God, and surely he will deliver it sooner or later. In addition to that, to the Neo Marxist school of criminology, propounded that "criminal justice system in Africa biased slowed, delayed, unpredictable, and absolutely corrupt" ▪It's bias in the sense that, the judges and lawyers are not working to establish justice, but interest of so-called leaders (the governing class). ▪It's slow in the sense that, a case that can be solved within a few hours may take years ▪It's unpredictable in the sense that, no one can say the type of punishment will be given to the offender, because it lacks justice. ▪Its corrupt in the sense that, money is the main factor determinants in winning case in the courts. Therefore, by virtue of the above-mentioned inhumanities and such human right violations. The Nigerian government should have to amend its constitution to remove the following unfulfilled rights, because they couldn't protect them, and they are always being encroached, abused and also violated by the authority. ▪Right to life ▪Right to own properties ▪Freedom of religion ▪Freedom of movement ▪Freedom of association ▪Right to fair hearing ▪Right to own family & privacy  ▪Freedom of speech  ▪etc The aforementioned rights are being abused and violated by the Nigerian government day-in-day-out in order to please the interest of the status quo or simply means an existing government of Nigeria. The followings are the tools use by the ruling class to achieves and maximise their interest: ▪Government▪Laws ▪Court▪Prison ▪Jail▪Police ▪Army Therefore, we do not expect justice from your side, but only we expect it from God. According to John Locke, Government has no right to exist if could not subguard  protect and the interest, aspirations, demand of it people. But if government deliberately or even accidentally failed to do so, the people under this government not only should but must resist and sign-out from the membership of this weak government. He stated the following rights that government must be careful in protecting them; 1.The life 2.The property However, if government protect only one and unable or failed to protect the other one, so automatically this government must be destroyed  and dissolved immediately to look for another government. Actually, what is happening today in Nigeria between Sheik zakzaky and the Federal Government has proven the assertion of Marx right of saying that "Law is a tools use for by the have class to oppress the class of have not and the stronger dominate the weaker ones. Why did both, the Western powers and the Federal Government of Nigeria want use these laws to justify the killing of 1000+ members of the Islamic movement in Nigeria and illegal detention of Sheik Zakzaky, this is cruelty and injustice to the core. Briefly, Legal system in Africa has suffered crucially and also characterized with what we called 'Jungle Justice or delayed justice, inhumanity, injustice, incredibility, unfairness and the deleterious attitude of obeying the order of the government instead the government obey the order of the court. Concluding Remark Finally, according to the popular saying is that, the problem of this world is injustice, and the solution to the problem is justice". Justice must be prevail. And, according to Prophet Muhammad (SAW) says "Leadership can live long in the hands of infidels (non-believers) if there is justice, but it can break down suddenly in the hands of believers (Muslim) if there is injustice". we have surrendered to the will of Allah, we obey and we are always expecting good from you (Allah) not from someone else. May Allah's curse be upon the oppressors, and grant immediate release of our leaders (Shiek Zakzaky & his obedient wife) as well as other oppressive innocent brothers and sisters, Ameen!.
