Lady Emberlei Tully has ruled the Riverlands for 21 years since her father Lord Edmure died. Despite her eligibility, she never took an interest in any man, refused to marry or procreate herself, but taking an interest in her younger sister’s children to one day continue the line. And despite decades of leadership, many vassals do not know her well due to her reclusive nature, only that she’s a very careful manager of Riverrun and the Riverlands’ economy.

The two have very different personalities in a lot of ways, Minisa being very gregarious and not infrequently leading necessary social events on behalf of her sister, but they share a view on the importance of economic management and building wealth. Time will tell if, and by how much, Minisa will outlive Emberlei and become Lady of the Riverlands herself.
