The whole ‘classically-trained mage vs feral mage’ post going around cracks me up because Heron and Jinana normally would be like that - Clockwork Souls are trained to become Justicars in the land of Heron’s ancestry, and Wild Magic sorcerers that make it to adulthood without exploding themselves are considered to be a dangerous and inherently-unstable threat.
So Jinana is actually both - a terrifying force of primal chaos that has all the benefits of a classical magician’s education (RIP Master Borgia’s atrium a few times tho). There may actually have never been someone quite like this, because it also took the influence of hir diametric opposite (and some would say natural enemy) to give her the unprecedented amount of control over hir power that s/he has.
S/he primarily uses that power to make dick potions ig lmao
