Me, sincerely meaning it: One of my very favorite aspects of Degrassi is that there are like a zillion characters who are constantly coming and going and changing a whole lot along the way, so there's this implicit understanding among the fandom that none of us are going to share the exact same sentiments about these flawed, relatably messy people and their numerous ships---and that's more than okay! In fact, discovering differing perspectives is a huge part of what makes fandom so interesting. Fans can and should love or dislike whoever the heck they want!

Also me, dramatically swooning: I CANNOT LIVE IN A WORLD WHERE PEOPLE HATE MAYA MATLIN!!!
