okay but.. is there a reason we don't use felt tips with gel eyeliner? Bc like, i only fuck with felt tips, and its always been frustrating to not have more options bc of that, esp since felt tips dry out p fast and aren't as pigmented.

But can't i just... use a dried out felt tip to dip in gel liner? why is gel only used with a brush? I've been trying to look up a scientific explaination but haven't found anything abt it thru a first quick search...

#srry for makeup posting but it bothers me when i don't have an answer to a thing that seems logical to me #cuz im seriously considering getting a gel liner to try this #but if there's a real scientific reason why we don't use felt tips with gel‚ then i don't necessarily wanna waste money on it #like‚ i remembered there was a product that wasn't gel but a sponge full of liquid liner that u pressed a solid tip into #like stamps and ink #and my brain was just like.... well why can't i do that but with my felt tip? it seems like this would solve all my liner problems #anyway‚ would be curious to know if anyone has more makeup knowledge than me. which is very little
