in terms of my other hobbies, I feel like every warm sunny afternoon finds me with my forehead pressed up against my back window, muttering ".......planting time? time for plants? plant?????" to myself as I stare at my empty tomato cages.

I've got weird glass-like roots sprouting #so thanks to the folks who suggested that; it's been satisfying. #(well. frustrating. but now satisfying that I have some evidence I might succeed!) #a couple weeks ago my mother and a friend of hers stopped by my apartment after their day in the city #and her friend called me a ''renaissance woman'' #and it was a bit of a surprise but also....yeah. actually yes. renaissance woman. #I do lots of interesting things; even if they're just interesting to me. #celestial emporium of benevolent knowledge
