omg! Ghost stories yes please.

Mine is kinda mellow but a bit of back story so it makes sense.

So growing up my great grandmother would babysit me when my mom worked weekends and she always had this bright pink moomoo (a nightgown of sorts) that she wore because it was a gift from her late daughter (my grandma).

Anyways, my great grandmother ended up having a terrible accident in the house and shortly passed away after in her sleep. (Fell and hit her head on the bathtub.

So cut to a few years later when I actually moved into the house with my mom and siblings because my great grandfather was moving out.

Every now and then the house would “settle” as my mom said. (It was built in the 70’s so slightly old.) but I would always see random flashes of bright pink move in and out of the bathroom and master bed room. It needless to say scared the ever loving shit out of me.

Now, when my great grandfather moved out the entire house was empty, every single drawer and cabinet were cleaned out. So when we found her (at the time 17 year old moomoo) when we were packing stuff in boxes so we could move, I cried.

Also used to see her in my dreams and she would always scare the shit out of me. (She was a very mean and old wrinkly lady.)

if i found a family member's iconic piece of clothing after their death years later, i don't know how i would react. i think there's a certain eeriness added to these situations when you just sort of know the haunt is a relative.
