Yes, it is. If you could go beyond the ‘traditional taste’ of the Desi Kadhai, the best air fryer brand in India is very much worth your coin. Needless to say, we need to come to terms with the fact that we as a population have declining health conditions due to our eating habits. Also, the other factors like the choice of ingredients for the sake of taste, our own lack of compromise when it comes to flavours, and of course the many ‘courses’ of the meals that are a vital part of the ‘great Indian Thaali’ contribute to health issues on the long run. 
While indulgence in a plate of Samosa, a bowl of Gulaab Jamuns, and the very rich Tandoori Chicken often sounds great; it only contributes to the declining health of the person consuming the delicacies. There is no denying the fact that Indian cuisine is one of the best in the world and we are proud of it making it to the International platforms. The Indian Butter Chicken, Dosa, and Chicken Tikka are no longer simply Indian food; as these have grown to become leading names in the Global Menu. But, that does not change the fact that we are declining when it comes to our overall health conditions.

Oil, Ghee and Butter are a vital part of our everyday cuisine. We love to indulge in the richness that the ingredients offer. However, these spell suicide when it comes to the health of our hearts. Today, India is the ‘Diabetic Capital’ of the world (among other titles). This is generally due to eating habits, too much Spice and Oils in our food items that contribute to deteriorating heart conditions. Excessive use of salts, reusing of Oil, and too much Non-vegetarian food also contribute to a weak heart condition.

The Air fryer is worth every applause it gathers. It is high time we reconsidered our eating habits and revived our health. The device is a wonderful alternative for those who love fried foods but wish to skip all the Calories it accompanies.
